1 Introduction

Game-Specific Rules

Technical Malfunctions

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Inactive Accounts

If your Crickx account has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as inactive. Crickx will attempt to contact you using your registered details before any action is taken on an inactive account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held securely and returned to you upon verified request.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Crickx account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
